The EDAP Western Group
EDAP is a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to the advancement of regional professionals engaged in environmental development and allied industries. Membership of the group is open to environmental planners, health, building and allied development assessment professionals.
The group runs an Annual Conference, special purpose seminars and a number of social occasions for the benefit of its members.
We are pleased to inform that Expression of Interest are now open for the NSW Government Funded “Fresh Start” Building Surveying Program
The Building Surveying Upskilling Program is designed for local government employees interested in developing their knowledge and capabilities in building surveying. Suitable applicants may include council staff in building and development, planning, compliance, customer service, administration, facilities, asset maintenance, or trades.
The program delivers the CPCSS00005 – Provide Building Surveying Services for Residential Buildings skill set. This is a nominated qualification under Schedule 2 of the Building and Development Certifiers Regulation 2020 for registration as a:

Building Surveyor Restricted (Class 1 & 10 – formerly A3)

Building Inspector (formerly A4)
How to Apply
As this is a government-funded initiative, all submissions must be made through the NSW Government website, and not directly via our College. Information about the program, including how to express an interest can be found using this link or the QR Code below.
